Silver Lining Multimedia, Inc. grants to you, the subscriber, a license, to use the materials from the Adaptive Worksheets website (hereafter referred to as “the website”) with your children, students or clients.

You may not redistribute the materials from the website to other parents, teachers or therapists, unless those individuals are also subscribers to the website or they work directly with your child or students.  For example, a parent may print materials for her child's speech therapist or teachers to use with her child.   A teacher may print materials for paraprofessionals to use with her students or for the students to take home as homework.

You may not publish any of the downloadable files from the website to a location that is accessible to non-subscribers.

You may not sell the materials from the website to other persons, including but not limited to, other teachers, students and therapists. It is however, permissible to use the materials in the context of therapy or education that you, the subscriber, are providing, as a fee for service, for students or clients.

All materials and software associated with the website are licensed “as is.” All Warranties either expressed or implied, are disclaimed as to the quality, performance, or fitness of the website and its associated materials. Note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
